Head of Operations

Jumbo Quality, part of the Tridah Group, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and logistics functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Optimize production efficiency, inventory management, and cost control.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing and distribution environments.
