Please ensure that there is sufficient space for our trucks to access your premises or delivery location and that there are no obstacles, e.g., small gates, inaccessible roads, low-hanging trees, power lines, or cables.
Offloading/Receiving
Our driver and turnboy will assist in offloading and loading your tank. Additional assistance may be needed for larger tanks or products; please have extra abled persons to assist.
- 230L–5000L: Driver/turnboy will manage
- 5000L and above: Extra assistance to be provided by the customer if required.
When rolling the tank, avoid sharp and rough surfaces so as to avoid damaging the tank.
