Regional Sales Managers

Job Purpose

Lead regional sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion activities to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver regional sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Manage distributor relationships and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for market penetration and growth.
  • Lead and coach sales teams.
  • Develop territory sales plans and execution strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure effective product availability and visibility.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.
