Regional Sales Managers
Job Purpose
Lead regional sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion activities to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regional sales targets and profitability goals.
- Manage distributor relationships and performance.
- Identify opportunities for market penetration and growth.
- Lead and coach sales teams.
- Develop territory sales plans and execution strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure effective product availability and visibility.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
- FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.
