Territory Sales Representative
Job Purpose
Drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and sales presentations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
