Safe Access

Please ensure that there is sufficient space for our trucks to access your premises / delivery location and there are no obstacles e.g. small gates, inaccessible roads, low over hanging trees, power lines or cables.

Offloading / Receiving

Our driver and turnboy will assist in offloading and loading your tank. Additional assistance may be needed for larger tanks / product, please have extra abled persons to assist.

• 230L – 5000L : Driver / turnboy will manage
• 5000L & above : Extra assistance to be provided by customer if required.

When rolling the tank avoid sharp and rough surfaces so as to avoid damaging the tank.

Upon confirmation of order and receipt of full payment the sales office will update you on when your order will be delivered.
